No. SafeCore® is a passive system. Its structure engages automatically when the tire loses pressure—no sensors, no electronics.

What materials is it made from?
It is built from high-performance technical polymers with excellent thermal and mechanical resistance. These materials are engineered to support the weight of the vehicle, absorb impacts, and dissipate heat without deforming.

How does it dissipate heat?
Thanks to its honeycomb-inspired design and direct contact with the wheel rim, SafeCore® channels friction-generated heat outward through the metal, preventing thermal buildup and overheating.

Is SafeCore® legally protected?
Yes. SafeCore® is officially registered as a utility model Nº U202531060 with the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM), and also as a registered trademark Nº M4299962.
This utility model grants the inventor full exclusivity for one year in Spain, preventing any third party from manufacturing or exploiting the invention.
During this period, the international patent extension process is underway, aiming for up to 20 years of global legal protection.

Can it be copied or imitated?
Not legally. All technical information is protected through official registration and controlled access under a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). This includes blueprints, materials, and structural systems—ensuring full protection against unauthorized replication.

Does it require changes to the production line?
No. SafeCore® can be integrated directly into existing assembly processes. It is also suitable as an aftermarket solution for workshops.

What’s needed to manufacture it?
Only 1 to 4 standard molds are required to cover over 90% of the market. This allows for efficient, scalable, and cost-effective production.

Can it be installed as an aftermarket accessory?
Yes. SafeCore® can be offered as an installation kit for workshops, fleet operators, or authorized distributors.

What happens if I get a flat tire with SafeCore®?
Nothing. You don’t need to stop. The tire automatically rests on SafeCore®, which acts as an emergency core and allows you to keep driving safely to your destination or nearest service point.

Does that mean I’ll never be stranded again?
Exactly. With SafeCore®, you eliminate the risk of getting stuck on a narrow shoulder, a blind curve, or in a dangerous area.
It avoids roadside assistance, unnecessary risks, and stressful situations.
Safety is preserved—even when pressure is lost.

Does it require maintenance?
No. SafeCore® is a passive system. It requires no maintenance and remains hidden until it activates in a real emergency.

Does it affect comfort, speed, or fuel consumption?
Not at all. While the tire is inflated, SafeCore® has no impact on vehicle performance.
In the event of a puncture, it engages smoothly, maintaining stability without harsh vibrations or immediate additional wear.

Can I manufacture or distribute SafeCore®?
Yes. The business model allows for industrial licensing, OEM integration, or national/international distribution under contract.

Does it include royalties?
Yes. Several flexible models are available, combining an initial licensing fee with royalties per unit manufactured or distributed. Terms are adapted to the collaborator’s volume, region, and business profile.
